Refund Policy

Places on all of our courses are limited. We understand that participants may need to withdraw from a course for a variety of reasons & we will always do our best to fill your place and offer you as much of a refund as we can. We operate waiting lists for all of our courses and ask you to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.

Your course place is not transferable to anyone else although if you are able to help find someone to take your place, you will receive the maximum refund (see below). Please contact us to cancel your place before you ask privately (e.g. on Facebook groups) if anyone can take your place as we may wish to allocate it to someone on a waiting list.

If you can’t commit to a place in advance, please ask to be placed on our waiting list and we can contact you shortly before the course starts, if we have a place available.

Babywearing Peer Supporter & Consultancy courses

Your course fee includes a deposit which consists of an administration and accreditation fee which we are unable to refund (£50 for the Peer Supporter course and £100 for the Consultancy course) . If you book onto another course with us at the time of cancelling a place, we can deduct this fee from the costs of the next course. If you cancel your place more than 6 weeks before the course start date, we can offer you a 75% refund of your course fee after deducting the administration and accreditation fee. If you cancel within the six weeks before the course is due to start, we can only offer you a 75% refund if we can fill your place.

If you are ineligible for a refund and book a new course with us within six months of your original course date, we will offer you a 50% discount on course fees.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled by the School of Babywearing, we will refund your course fee in full or will transfer you onto the next available course if you prefer.
